人际沟通分析同理心沟通,是两个非常独特而有效的心理学方法,能够帮助个人和团队实现积极而持久的转变。

人际沟通分析作为一个基础原理,可以帮助我们更好地理解我们的人与人之间的沟通模式,以及我们负面反应和破坏性行为的触发点。同理心沟通则作为一种操作指南,让我们在沟通中少一些评判,多一些同理心。尤其在跨文化的工作环境中,东西方文化遇到的特殊且有时甚至超出自我意识的冲突。面对这些挑战,8C将以有效专业的方式积极应对,帮助团队和组织提升领导力、提高业绩、减少冲突、降低人员流失。

Tilman Rieger 个人简介

8C由Tilman Rieger创办,他曾任职通用汽车欧洲区的人力资源总监。 Tilman拥有人力资源管理和经济学学位,以及教育科学、心理学和社会学硕士学位。自2014年以来,他一直在企业管理层教练、培训工作坊、沟通咨询等相关领域工作。他的专业经验能够帮助客户更有效的和他人沟通与合作。

Tilman在积累了近15年的人力资源领导和5年的咨询教练经验后,如今成立了8C咨询公司。

他在企业教练、企业调解和同理心沟通方面已投入了八百多个小时。如今, Tilman充满热情地为不同领域不同文化的企业管理者和员工,设计实施并引导了许多培训工作坊。他也是获得认证的企业管理层教练,尤其在人际沟通分析、同理心沟通以及跨文化沟通方面尤为专长。他还是上海教练圈的总裁,并在中国最强的公众演讲俱乐部--上海领导力主持人俱乐部中,担任执行委员会职务。

Tilman持德国美国双重国籍,曾居住于芝加哥、法兰克福、伦敦、巴黎、马德里、苏黎世,现居上海。他能流利地说德语、英语、西班牙语,并能日常使用法语和中文。

人际沟通分析,是分析和改善人际互动的最有效心理学方法之一。它是一个明确解读人类心理的简单模型,通过逻辑结构的方式对人际互动进行解释,进而帮助我们更好地理解人与人的互动模式。

当我们意识到自己的人际沟通反应模式后,就可以让我们变得更加平衡和有建设性。人际沟通分析的基本理论是,人际间互动和沟通来自内在的三个不同自我状态(家长自我、成人自我和儿童自我)。

我们将通过练习,轻易识别出自己和他人的主导状态。人际沟通分析会让我们更好地理解到,我们为何以这种方式回应对方,我们内在的心路历程如何,哪些行为会特别触发我们和对方的某些行为,以及我们又将如何使自己和他人的关系变得更有建设性。

简言之,人际沟通分析是一个帮助我们产生自我意识,并找到破坏人际关系和互动的原因,从而进行积极改变的心理学框架。它最初由加拿大精神病学家Eric Berne在1960年开发,之后不断有其他学者在此基础上进行发展完善。

如今, 人际沟通分析在各个领域被广泛和成功地应用,如心理治疗、教练、咨询、冲突调解等等。

同理心沟通是一个简单却强大的四个沟通步骤,它可以帮助人们化解冲突,带着同理心相互联结。
